1. It's easy, just click on the order page. Enter the ORDER CODES & names and prices, then total them up, add postage, enter your email address, and click send. I will then reply to you promptly with my paypal account details, or bank account details. I can tell whether you are paying me by credit card or direct credit to my bank account by whether you've chosen to pay me in US dollars or Aussie dollars (credit cards must be paid in US dollars).

2. Video Compact Disc - A compressed MPEG-1 format compatable with most dvd/vcd stand alone players and WINDOWS PC computers. Cannot guarantee on MACS or other less common computer systems.

3. My VCD's are tested on PIONEER dvd players - the leading brand for DVD. They all play fine. Not all dvd players can play vcd's and not all of those can play vcd cd-r discs. See the info page for more information.

4. Some vcds I sell are PAL, some are NTSC but it doesn't matter with vcd format. Both will still play fine on any computer around the world regardless of system of that country. They will also play fine on DVD players that have the capability of playing both vcd and cd-r formats. NTSC or PAL is not relevant for vcds. However if you want to be 100% sure, please check your dvd player manual.

5. Orders are generally despatched same or next day, after receiving payment.

6. Most Japanese vcd are masked over the genitals, but usually not to the point where you can't see anything, often you can see everything almost perfectly! And they usually make up for it by doing other things!

7. Yes very discreet. I keep no records of customers addresses, emails or anything else, and your details are not passed on to anyone else.

8. Plain, white cardboard cd mailers, giving no indication of it's contents. No vcd covers are included, only a code number or letter may be written on the cd to identify it. This is for your own discretion should someone else open the parcel. Declared at customs simply as "software".

9. Yes. My vcds are disguised as plain software CD-Roms. I've never had any problem getting them through to Singapore each & every time.

10. You must go to http://www.paypal.com and follow the instructions for signing up for a paypal credit card account, it can take a few days to confirm your credit card, they are safe, secure and very reliable.

11. Place the VCD disc into your cd-rom. Open your VCD in windows explorer, you will see 5 directories which are: CDI, EXT, MPEGAV, SEGEMENT and VCD. Go into the MPEGAV directory, click on the first largest file, probably named AVSEQ ### it will open in windows media player. To make it full screen simply press ALT + ENTER. Then the same again to make is small screen. You can also use REAL player to play the discs using the same steps. Some computers may auto-run the discs without having to open them using these steps it just depends how your windows computer has been set up.

12. YES. All models are aged 18 and over and I only carry titles from big studios. I do NOT carry any underaged material featuring actors less than 18
years of age.

13. I don't give credit as it would be impossible for me to run my business that way. Instead I provide a fast, efficient and reliable delivery service with hundreds of happy customers throughout the world! Try me and find out! You won't be sorry! My prices are less than HALF what you would pay from a shop, and even cheaper than most other local vcd dealers. Refunds also amount to the same thing as credit. NO porn company in the world will give you a refund because you did not like it or was not happy with the production of it. HOWEVER, if the disc is technically faulty (scratched, melted in transit),then I will replace it totally free of charge for a VCD of the SAME title only. I cannot refund your money or replace the discs for another title because *the movie did not turn you on or *you cannot figure out how to play a vcd disc (it's very easy to work it.)

14. No. I don't hand deliver orders to people. I also don't have any shop or premises you can come to. I offer an online service only with privacy and discretion for you. With the amount of orders I process each week, and the huge amount of happy customers I service, it would simply be IMPOSSIBLE for me to hand deliver orders. It is also very time wasting when customers do not turn up to collect them. However, my vcds cannot be identified as gay porn until played, they are sent in plain boxes, and therefore it is NOT risky to have them sent to ANY home address! :-)

15. No. You cannot jam a VideoCD disc, OR a dvd into a VCR machine no matter how hard you try. You also cannot jam a disc together with a videotape & expect them to play.

16. I will replace a disc if it is faulty (a bad burn). This is VERY rare as the discs are tested before they are sent. I can supply software for you to play the discs on (see question 11), however, I cannot support your computer. My discs play fine on most dvd players (that can play vcd/cd-r) and are tested on PIONEER dvd players. They are also tested on a Windows Computer using media player. Just like a car dealer will sell you the car, and will not teach you how to drive it I am the same. I am a VCD DEALER, not a computer instructor. :-)

17. The order code is the catalog code of the movie next to it. Enter this code along with the movie title you wish to order on the order form,. This prevents customers from accidently ordering the wrong title in case of 2 titles with the same or similar name, and ensure efficient and speedy delivery of your order.

18. The discs will be simply plain CD data discs, with a code number digitally printed on them which corresponds with the order code on this website. The parcel is a plain package with a computer generated address label and printed return address. They are totally discreet and contain no indication of contents whatsoever. Unless played, these discs are indistinguishable from any data disc! Totally discreet.
